These annual awards bring together people and businesses that have designed, developed, funded, built and continue to manage the built environment and recognise their outstanding achievements. 

Both projects have been shortlisted in the Commercial re-fit and refurbishment of the Year category; our work with Helical Plc on the Trinity building, and our work with Canmoor at Anchorage in Salford Quays.  

Winners will be announced at the much anticipated awards party in October, where some of the biggest names in property development will gather to celebrate the success of the region. We’ll once again be sponsoring the after party and have some exciting entertainment planned, so it’s not one to miss – good luck to everyone shortlisted and we look forward to raising a glass (or two) with you then!
