Our Communities: focuses on the positive impact ADT Workplace can create beyond our own business through volunteering, fundraising, education, partnerships, and local engagement.

We believe successful businesses have a responsibility to contribute to the communities in which they live and work. For ADT, this means using our time, skills, resources, and relationships to support causes that matter, create opportunities for young people, and strengthen the communities around us.

Designing better workplaces, more responsibly

From charity partnerships and fundraising events to volunteering, foodbank collections, youth engagement, and school outreach, we aim to make a practical difference where support is needed.

Our partnership with HideOut Youth Zone is a key part of this commitment, helping us support young people through positive experiences, development opportunities, and community connection.

We also recognise the role we can play in education and careers. Through careers fairs, work experience placements, apprenticeship opportunities, and school engagement, we aim to help young people understand the workplace, explore future career paths, and build confidence in their next steps.
