Creating a Dynamic Learning and Community Hub

In Spring 2022, the University of Chester unveiled its new 12,000 sq.ft campus in Warrington town centre. Designed to support both traditional learning and external engagement, this innovative space serves as a bridge between students, local businesses, schools, and colleges.

ADT Workplace was appointed to deliver a transformative fit-out, ensuring the facility met the university’s vision for a flexible, engaging, and future-proofed environment.

Project Objectives

The University of Chester sought to create a state-of-the-art educational hub that would:
