In Spring 2022, the University of Chester unveiled its new 12,000 sq.ft campus in Warrington town centre.
Creating a Dynamic Learning and Community Hub
Designed to support both traditional learning and external engagement, this innovative space serves as a bridge between students, local businesses, schools, and colleges.
The University of Chester appointed ADT Workplace to deliver the refurbishment of its Warrington campus, creating a modern and engaging learning environment for students and staff. Located in Warrington, the project involved the transformation of 12,000 sq ft of space over a 24-week programme, reaching completion in Spring 2022.
ADT Workplace worked alongside Gardiner & Theobald LLP as Project Manager and 5plus Architects to successfully deliver the scheme, ensuring the new facilities supported the university’s evolving educational needs and future aspirations.
