Building a Workplace for Growth and Innovation
They are a newly created Joint Venture between Oliver Wyman, a global leader in management consulting and part of the NYSE listed Marsh McLennan, and Rokos Capital Management (RCM), a global alternative investment fund manager.
As a growing start-up with ambitious plans for regional expansion, they partnered with ADT Workplace to deliver a professional, tech-ready office designed to support their future vision.
Fast-Track Fit-Out in 12 Weeks
Working to a fast-tracked 12-week programme, ADT Workplace delivered the full office design and build via a turnkey solution. The brief was clear: create a high-performance, flexible environment that would support collaboration, foster creativity, and attract high-calibre talent.
To achieve this, a variety of thoughtfully designed settings were introduced across the 10,172 sq. ft. space—including open-plan desking, collaborative zones, social spaces, and fixed workstations—all tailored to the business’s current and future needs.
A Future-Focused Office for a Modern Workforce
The workspace blends function with wellbeing. Breakout areas and collaborative zones sit alongside high-spec media walls and integrated AV infrastructure, enabling seamless communication and performance. A dedicated wellbeing room supports staff balance and mental health, further enhancing the overall workplace experience.
Biophilic design, warm finishes, and a Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic reflect the company’s professional identity and tech focus. Materials such as mesh screens were carefully selected to create an elegant, contemporary environment that aligns with brand values.
With technology central to Neptune North’s business, the space includes integrated AV systems, smart meeting zones, and robust IT infrastructure. These were delivered in collaboration with the client’s tech partner, Techary.

A strong working relationship was maintained throughout the programme between ADT Workplace, Neptune North, and external partners. Early engagement with AV and IT suppliers ensured smooth integration of technology across the workspace.
ADT Workplace also worked closely with consultants Summers Inman and the landlord’s management team to maintain high standards of delivery and ensure a coordinated, well-managed fit-out.
