Three Snowhill is a high-profile, Grade  A office building situated within Birmingham’s Colmore business district.

Introduction & Project Overview

Occupying a prominent position at the gateway to the city centre, the 425,000 sq ft development features large flexible floor plates, full-height glazing and a distinctive 17-storey atrium reception.

ADT Workplace was appointed to deliver a first-class, mixed-use fit‑out of the common areas. The brief: elevate reception, wellness, changing, and circulation spaces to support premium tenants and contribute to a high-quality workplace environment.

Design & Fit-Out Highlights

The scope and quality of work included:

  • Reception & Atrium: A striking double-height atrium, feature walls, pavilion and main staircase – all adorned with high-quality materials and bespoke joinery
  • Wellbeing Amenities: Spa-standard basement facilities including saunas, showers, changing areas and treatment rooms – operated by MK Healthhub
  • Common Areas Upgrades: New kitchenettes, updated flooring, corridor refurbishments, upgraded external works including fencing, paving, bike rack installations and electric car charging
  • Gym Fit‑Out: Structural and M&E installation for MK Healthhub’s studio spaces, lifting access, bathroom fit‑out and bespoke entrance
