Project Overview
ADT Workplace was selected to carry out the office fit-out for Christians Against Poverty (CAP) at their headquarters in Bradford. This 14-week project covered 42,000 sqft and aimed to create a modern and functional workspace to accommodate over 300 employees. The fit-out was specifically designed to enhance collaboration and, therefore, improve the overall productivity of CAP’s staff. Additionally, the office renovation would allow for greater flexibility in how staff use the space.
Client Background

Project Scope and Goals
The office fit-out project had several key objectives. First, it was important to create an open-plan workspace that could encourage collaboration and communication between teams.
