ChargePoint Technology Ltd developed patented technology, which has become a pharmaceutical industry standard for high containment powder transfers. The business case recommended new premises to manage its growth for the next 10 years. The warehouse needed to be visibly connected to the offices and the culture of the business resonated throughout the whole building. The business needed to double the office space, via an additional mezzanine floor, new M&E throughout, CAT A & B for the office area, ADT Furniture, new external windows, security, fencing and signage.
