55 Spring Gardens required a full internal and external refurbishment which led to an opportunity to design an office development which is unique to other offerings within the city.  Ensuring efficiencies of a modern building but retaining the character of the original architecture and unique features, attracted a more discerning end user. The success of the collaborative approach taken has led to the full project team being engaged for additional projects.
