ADT Workplace has made an important appointment to its senior team with the recruitment of Jonny Phillips to Account Director, as the company expands it business operations into Yorkshire.

Having previously held positions with CBRE and Brackenridge Hanson Tate, Jonny has a wealth of experience and is respected within Yorkshire’s property sector, having joined from Leeds-based Headoffice3 where he was a director. His appointment marks a significant step for ADT Workplace as we commit to providing first-class workplace consultancy to businesses across the Yorkshire region. Jonny is also a co-founder of Yorkshire Property Charity Football, a well-known annual event which has raised over £400,000 for charity since its launch in 2005. In his new role, Jonny will work closely with the senior leadership team to help execute the company’s ambitious growth plans across the Yorkshire region.

Commenting on his new role, Jonny said: “ADT Workplace has a great reputation for designing and delivering high calibre workplaces so I’m excited to work with the fantastic team and to be given the opportunity to help deliver the company’s growth across Yorkshire.

“I’m very much looking forward to meeting with businesses across the region to show them how we can help them create first-class, intelligent workplaces which will help them compete with organisations across the country when it comes to attracting and retaining the very best talent.”

Discussing Jonny’s appointment, ADT Workplace’s MD David Clemetson said: “We were looking to invest in our senior team with someone who could help us drive forward with our progression plans in the Yorkshire and North East regions. As a qualified surveyor with impressive experience and an enviable contacts network, I’m confident Jonny will be a valuable addition to the team as we continue to provide first-class workplace consultancy to our clients. “As one of the founding members of Yorkshire Property Charity Football, he is truly invested in property sector and giving back to the local community, which says a lot about him as an individual and aligns perfectly with our culture.”
