Trinistar Corporation appointed ADT Workplace to deliver the major refurbishment to this iconic city centre building. This major Cat A refurbishment involved modernising office space on six floors, extensively upgrading the M&E systems, creating a new roof terrace, remodelling both reception areas, which front onto Cross Street and St Ann’s Square, and refurbishing the lifts.
