Project Overview

The Henry Boot Sheffield office project involved transforming 12,800 sq. ft. across the top three floors of the Isaacs Building. This space now boasts agile workspaces, an architectural staircase, high-quality finishes, and modern amenities. The project emphasised sustainability, aiming to reduce carbon emissions by 79% compared to the former head office.

Key Features

Agile Workspaces:

Open-plan desks, agile tables, meeting rooms, quiet pods, and social areas cater to diverse working styles.

Architectural Staircase:

A striking oak laminate staircase improves connectivity and communication between floors.

High-Quality Finishes:

The office features stunning lighting, herringbone flooring, bespoke joinery, and luxury furniture.

Sustainable Practices:

Environmentally friendly and recyclable materials were used wherever possible, with intelligent LED lighting and floor-to-ceiling windows enhancing energy efficiency.
