HANA BY INDUSTRIOUS FIT-OUT MANCHESTER
When flexible workspace provider Hana by Industrious chose to establish a premium office presence in Manchester, they selected Landmark — one of the city’s most prestigious buildings — as their new home. The project involved a full CAT B fit-out across two floors, totalling 32,000 square feet. ADT Workplace was appointed to bring the design to life and create a hospitality-led environment that reflects Hana’s brand identity and future-facing vision.
Tailored Design to Suit a Premium, Flexible Workspace
Working closely with CBRE as project manager and MCM as architectural lead, our team transformed the shell space into a carefully considered, fully functional office. Every area was designed to support Hana’s flexible offering, blending private offices, collaboration areas, meeting rooms, and open-plan co-working zones to cater for different ways of working.
Crucially, the space also incorporated dedicated event areas and quiet focus zones, ensuring a balanced, adaptable environment for tenants. Throughout, the layout reflected the expectations of modern professionals seeking quality, convenience, and a sense of community in their workspaces.

Striking Interiors and Smart Functionality
One of the standout features of this project was the combination of high-end aesthetics and practical workspace design. From the moment you step into the welcome area, it’s clear that Hana’s Manchester location offers more than just desks and chairs.
Acoustic treatments, feature ceilings, and bespoke joinery details helped create a visually impressive space that’s also functional and comfortable. Meanwhile, integrated technology ensures the workspace operates smoothly for both Hana’s team and its members.
