Interactive investor selected ADT Workplace to undertake the office design and refurbishment (CAT B & C) at its new Leeds base following its successful completion of the company’s Manchester HQ back in 2019.

Working with The Instant Group, which matches businesses with their perfect flexible office space, ADT Workplace designed and delivered a transformational new workplace for the team.

ADT Workplace played its part in providing an outstanding standard of common parts space support facilities and services for Three Snowhill’s Blue Chip tenants.

The new space includes high specification contemporary office space, which maximises the large floorplates to offer predominantly open plan, agile workspace with areas for collaboration and informal meetings.

The dynamic space is very much reflective of Apadmi’s modern brand and ethos, with vibrant colourways and contemporary furniture and fixtures throughout.
