ADT Workplace has helped to deliver a first class mixed-use common parts space at Three Snowhill, a vibrant and modern office development in the well-known Colmore business district in Birmingham city centre.

Working closely with developer, RT Group Developments, as well as Gleeds, Weedon Architects and CBRE, ADT Workplace played its part in providing an outstanding standard of common parts space support facilities and services for Three Snowhill’s Blue Chip tenants, in turn supporting those tenants in attracting and retaining the very best people to their businesses.

As part of the significant investment by M&G Investments into redevelopment of the 425,000 sq.ft building, ADT Workplace created a stunning new reception space including a striking feature wall, a full height Atrium, pavilion and main staircase, fitted with high quality materials and finishes as well as bespoke joinery. The contemporary space also incorporates new platinum changing facilities including saunas, showers, bathrooms, changing and dressing areas.

As well as minor works across other areas of the building, such as a new kitchen, flooring and corridors, ADT Workplace also carried out external works comprising new fencing, paving, bike racks, car charging points, bike repair and bike charging points. In addition, the team worked with tenant, Matt Kendrick Health Club, to fit-out a new gym facility including studios, bathrooms and entrance with DDA lift, including delivery of all structural works and mechanical and electrical services.
