Following an in-depth workplace consultancy process by ADT Workplace which resulted in Cheshire West and Chester Council rationalising nine existing office locations into three hubs, we designed and delivered three new workplaces for the Council.

Commenting on the finished result, Cheryl Carr, Digital Transformation and ICT senior manager from Cheshire West and Chester Council said: “When we did the first tours around, employees were absolutely blown away. By offering such a positive working environment we’re able to recruit and retain staff. We’ve now got office space which enhances the offer to our people in terms of employee wellbeing. Our spaces are also functional and meet the needs of our workforce, now and into the future.”
