Project Overview

Arcadis, a global design and consultancy firm, partnered with ADT Workplace to deliver a high-quality office fit-out at 2 Glass Wharf. Covering 17,000 sq. ft over one floor, the project represented a significant relocation of Arcadis’ two city operations.

Delivered in just 12 weeks, the project incorporated Arcadis’ strong brand identity, aligning with their move to a single global brand. The result is a modern, collaborative workspace that reflects the company’s culture while achieving SKA Silver environmental certification.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES: BRAND, COLLABORATION, AND SUSTAINABILITY

Arcadis needed a workspace that met several key objectives:
  • Branded Design: Create a space that incorporates Arcadis’ corporate identity, including its colours and global brand standards.

DESIGN AND DELIVERY: FULL CAT B AND CAT C FIT-OUT

ADT Workplace was responsible for the full design development and delivery of the CAT B and CAT C fit-out. The project included:

  • Collaborative Zones: Open-plan areas and breakout spaces were designed to promote teamwork and informal discussions.
