The relocation of two operations to 2 Glass Wharf was the city’s largest letting in 2016, giving ADT Workplace the opportunity to fit-out 17,000 sq.ft over one floor at this brand new office development. This landmark scheme was the first to be delivered following the company’s move to a single, global Arcadis brand, which meant corporate branding and colours were an integral part of the scheme. Our role included full design development, prior to delivering the full Cat B & C fit-out in 12 weeks, with the scheme achieving a SKA Silver environmental rating.
