ADT Workplace won the contract through a single stage tender to deliver the complex Cat A and B non-airside in two buildings. The selection criteria was based around flexibility of the contractor, and our ability to react to changes within the business whilst following process. The delivery was phased in occupied buildings and involved a CAT A, to some floors, and CAT B to all seven floors .
