The chain originated in 1974 and was sold in 2015 for £150m to TPG Capital, who needed to make the business more efficient by moving to a new distribution centre. ADT Workplace working with Hatmill ( (Supply Chain & Logistic Advisors) focused on the office section of this delivery. We designed and delivered the CAT A works, new raised access floor, false ceiling and M&E services. The Cat B works comprise a new reception area, partition walls to create meeting rooms, canteen, flooring, AV, bespoke joinery and ADT Furniture for all office areas.
