ADT Workplace delivered a new office in Manchester for global commercial real estate company, Avison Young. Creating a progressive and sustainable office which promotes wellbeing in the workplace was at the heart of the vision, as was creating a sustainable office, with the project targeting BREEAM Excellent and SKA Gold.
