ADT Workplace delivered a full fit-out, including all M&E services, of the shared spaces in The Allegro Hub located at Birmingham’s Exchange Square. With striking features throughout, such as a 25m high spiral staircase, bespoke joinery, the contemporary space includes kitchen and bathroom facilities, as well as a Wellness Centre (gym) and a comfortable lounge area, providing a relaxing atmosphere for residents.
