Every team member now benefits from a new Employee Ownership Trust—We are ADT Limited. This Trust owns ADT Workplace Limited on behalf of all employees, both now and in the future.

Becoming employee-owned shows our commitment to a vibrant future for the company and our people. We aim to continue the business’s success, which we all take immense pride in. This structure has a proven track record for long-term growth and security. It empowers employees to play a significant role in determining and sharing the company’s future success.

Over 50% of our people have been with us for more than five years. Additionally, 25% have been here for over 10 years. This speaks volumes about our business and the people within it. Our new structure rewards this commitment by providing everyone with a financial stake, a personal stake, and a voice in the business.

What does this mean for our clients?

For our clients, there will be no change in how we work with you. You can rest assured that our business will retain its culture and personal touch. The management team will continue to lead the company as before. You can expect the same industry-leading quality and service ADT Workplace is known for.

The Employee Ownership Trust—We are ADT Limited—will be overseen by a board of trustees. Their role is not to manage the company. Instead, they will ensure that the company is well-led, focusing on maximising employee engagement and commitment. This approach benefits our clients.

David Clemetson will remain as a Board Director of the business moving forward. Our current Commercial Director, Richard Mansell, and Operations Director, Jeremy Cox, will step up as new Board Directors. They will continue supporting David in the day-to-day running of the company.
